We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at magpieandjune@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Mystery boxes and scoops are curated at random and contents vary with every order by design. Because the surprise is the product, they are not eligible for return or exchange based on which specific items, characters, or colors you received. Every order contains at least the number of items stated on the product page.

Individual (non-mystery) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. It may take a few business days for your bank to post the refund.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
