Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Orders are packed by hand, usually within 2–5 business days. Mystery boxes and scoops are curated to order, so they may take a little longer during busy periods.

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery address.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you file a claim.
